You Can Drive 85, but Should You?
Last October, Texas Highway 130 opened near Austin — a 44-mile toll road that charges drivers $6 to travel as fast as 85 mph on a rural route between the capital city and San Antonio. No doubt, a road with those privileges will tempt curious drivers to push their car to new limits — and do it legally. However, it’s not an allowance that should be taken lightly.
