Lockhart Smokehouse 

An ode to the legendary BBQ masters in Lockhart, Texas, the Lockhart Smokehouse is the only place you can get Kreuz Market Sausage (served on butcher paper, of course!) in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Black’s Barbecue

Touted as one of the oldest family-owned barbecue joints in Texas, Black’s is what real ’cue is all about. Hot and fresh barbecue is hand-delivered to the Austin location from the barbecue capital of Texas — every single day.

Luling City Market

Evie Mae’s Barbecue

Located along Highway 62 in Lubbock County, this unique stop uses a hand-built, all-wood trailer-mounted pit. Just be sure to try the freshly made local green chile sausage links when you get there.
