Are you one of the health-conscious Texans making fitness one of your New Year’s resolutions? Here are some practical ways to stick to your goals and have a fun, fit 2017!

  • „Make a plan and write it down. Set a specific goal and make a list of the steps you’re going to take to achieve it.
  • Use the buddy system by working out with a friend. You can keep each other accountable as you work toward the same goals, and it’ll make breaking a sweat more fun!
  • Set a workout schedule in order to establish a routine.
  • Consider using a fitness tracker or downloading an app to help with motivation and measure your progress.
  • Reward yourself when you reach milestones. Choose rewards that will keep you on track, like new fitness gear or a sports massage.
